COMPANY HISTORY

1858	Company founded in the Borough of Bowman’s (now called Bowmanstown), Pennsylvania, by Robert Prince
1960	Grinding plant built in Quincy, Illinois
1974	Philipp Brothers, now Phibro Animal Health Corporation, acquires Prince Manufacturing Corporation
1980	Philipp Brothers, now Phibro Animal Health Corporation, acquires Seaboard Supply and NAMALCO and creates Prince Agri Products to focus on supplying micro-ingredients, primarily trace minerals and premixes to the animal nutrition industry
1982	Prince headquarters established in Quincy, focusing on supplying micro ingredients, predominately trace minerals and mineral premixes to the animal feed industry
1993	Specialty Products Group formed to develop and introduce advanced, science-based animal nutrition products
1998	Purchased Bremen, Indiana, facility to support company expansion
2005	Launched “pull-through-sales/technical-support strategy” to drive Specialty Products ruminant business growth
Today	Prince is the largest provider of animal nutrition feed ingredients and is rapidly expanding its line of technically advanced and branded products
